Stunning gallery where 60 talented local and regional artisans display their works. Owner Jeremy Whitmire is the coppersmith, and his plates, bowls, vases, and jewelry are breathtaking. Also don't miss the beautiful turned wooden bowls by Bill Wiard and the Nantucket-style woven baskets by Jim Cooper.

Copper plate
$300 Dogwood copper plate by Jeremy Whitmire.

Incredibly, Jeremy Whitemire only began his copper work in 2006. For 15 years he was a master stone mason and before that was TV host of a hunting and fishing show.

After spending about 15 years as a master stone mason and hosting outdoor television programs, he and his wife moved to Michigan to be closer to her family. He discovered his passion for metal working after seeing and reading about copper in the Keweenaw. After a long search he found an old coppersmith in New Jersey who taught him the trade.
