The bluff overlooking the agate beach here is one of the most sought-after rustic campgrounds in the state. (See Lake Superior Campground.) It's part of the Lake Superior State Forest and provides convenient access to a beautiful agate beach, not overused, that's not just rocks but sand, too. On the North Country Trail segment that makes a 7.6-mile loop with the Blind Sucker Pathway.![]()
