The only detractions were some seemingly polluted water and sloppy tree cutting nearby.<br><br>Directions must be followed precisely. It is a difficult walk of a little over on half mile one way.<br><br>It is necessary to cross the river to take a good picture. In Skandia, park 2.3 miles west of County Road 545 on County Road 460 (this leads to the former K. I. Sawyer Air Force Base).<br><br>Walk straight north by compass to the river. Walk upstream to the waterfall.
