Wood'N Spoon DONEN
Owner Bruce Beaudoin bakes bread and cookies and sells berry jams made in part from berries he grows: strawberries, currants, gooseberries, raspberries, and more, some available in low-sugar versions. Thimbleberry jam is far and away the biggest seller. Breads include 10-grain honey (his best seller), saffron bread, and more usual varieties. Honey, syrup, and beeswax candles, are locally made. The woodenware spoons and bowls are from cottage industries in Vermont.
