Marion Park & Oak Crest Golf Course

-
A paved bike trail leads a mile south from Norway to this beautiful hillside park on the way to Piers Gorge. (The trail parallels Main two blocks to the west). A canopy of majestic oaks makes this park special. A picnic area, playground, volleyball and horseshoe courts, and lighted tennis courts make this a good stop for visitors coming from Piers Gorge. The 18-hole Oak Crest Golf Course shares the park's hilly terrain and big trees. The clubhouse includes a restaurant.
-
Entrance to park and golf course is west off U.S. 8 a mile south of U.S. 2. In town, U.S. 8 is Brown St., 2 blocks west of Main. (906) 563-5891.
