We've divided the Upper Peninsula into 15 regions. On each region page you'll find
• a profile of the region
• a column laying where to get more information about the region and useful information such as
—major annual events, good places to buy picnic provisions
—the public lands in the region and which federal, state, or county offices to contact for information about them
—where to find guides, tours, and rental boats, snowmobiles and gear
— transient harbors
• a map of the region with the names of all the towns we have covered in our guide
