A museum-like consignment collection of things made or saved by a hundred contributors. Owner Karen Johnson likes it that the shop enables people to decorate their homes for little money. Expect to find vintage jewelry, some furniture, copper specimens, old bottles. Regional books about the area, Tauno Kilpela's information-packed maps and books about the area and its mining history, and a some offbeat things like "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" in Finnish and rag rugs made of Wal-Mart bags. (People like them for keeping sand off the floor.)

The shop occupies part of the historic Kaleva Building, erected circa 1910 by a Finnish fraternal group. Its women's club remains active today. A Detroit Free Press readers' poll recently named Etc. Etc. the third-best antique store in Michigan - sure testimony of the number of Copper Country Free Press readers.
